There’s so much more to your health than food and exercise alone! Let’s walk with Jesus in food freedom, break off lies and unhealthy mindsets, and find healing for your body. Join me in my local (or online) class, Voyage to Freedom, starting the week of September 15th.

What can you expect from this class? 

* This is a 6 week program that incorporates an introduction week to help you prepare for a 3-week sugar & processed food detox; plus two weeks of post-detox to help you walk forward in healing and food freedom 

* Weekly gatherings to encourage you throughout the program, create accountability and community

* 6-Week Workbook Nutrition Guide with over 70 pages about food, navigating your signs and symptoms, educate you and give you tools to walk forward in healing

* A 42-day Devotional Book to encourage, motivate, and connect you with Jesus

* Access to Voyage to Freedom Pinterest page for meals, recipes, snacks and non sweet treats

* Private Facebook group to ask questions, share tips, get support and feel encouraged!
