I played division I college volleyball at San Jose State.
I love Jesus and all things sports, fitness, and outdoor adventures. I became a Revelation Wellness Instructor in 2016 and started doing faith and fitness full-time in 2017. Through Revelation Wellness I have learned to live as a daughter of the King, that I am a beloved daughter to my Abba Father. I have found so much freedom and joy in knowing who and whose I am. God has set me free. Free to be who God has created me to be. Free to move. Free to worship. Free to set others free and to experience the love of the Father.
I am passionate about teaching and equipping others with how to live free, how to worship God through movement, and how to live healthy and whole in Christ.
