Hey! I’m Jessica, a wife and homeschooling momma to 3 beautiful kiddos. I am a Holy Yoga instructor, I was certified in 2010. I believe Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life and want to see Him move through every breath and movement of our lives. I use yoga as a spiritual practice to help people move into a more intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit in physical health, spiritual walk, and mind restoration.
